To reset the username/password: 1. Go to services.msc and stop the Fastvue Syslog service 2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Fastvue\Syslog Server and open the *Settings.json* in your favorite text editor. 3. Change the AuthEnabled to false and the AuthUsername and AuthPassword to "".
