Port change and other settings not sticking

Downloaded syslog to run alongside the SonicWALL reporter. Changed port to 50514 during setup but it did not stick (nor did the folder settings, auto add, etc.). Looked at the JSON file which shows the proper info, but when restarting the service it keeps coming back to default (514, no auto add, no login auth, etc.). Running on server 2016. Any ideas? Looked in registry, but don't see anything there.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. What browser are you using?

Are you able to try browsing to the site and configuring these settings using Google Chrome from your local desktop?

We've seen some similar issues when using IE on the Windows Server itself, and we'll hopefully have a solution for these problems soon.
